I’ve experienced both victory and defeat on and off the track. I’m a two-time Olympic medalist who’s competed with broken bones and broken barriers. But I’ve also lost businesses, relationships, and direction.

I grew up in a broken, abusive home filled with abandonment and anger. I’ve made mistakes, failed forward, and learned that out of pain can come purpose out of misery, ministry. Those experiences taught me Faith, Focus, and Forgiveness, the three ingredients that helped me finally Find, Get, and Stay In The Zone.

Now, my mission is to help others overcome the hurdles of self-doubt, sarcasm, skepticism, and self-sabotage — and to align their Purpose, Passion, and Performance for lasting success.
